The balm is applied to the skin. You can rub it with your hands to warm and soften the product, making it easier to use. Then softly massage the balm into the skin.
Wash hands before and after use. Don’t use it if:
You suffer allergy from any of the components of the Asteraceae family
The skin is broken or irritated
You are pregnant or breastfeeding

The Arnica CBD Balm Dosage
Apply evenly to the affected area with gentle massage four or five times daily. There’s no need to use a large dose of CBD cream to get the desired effect.
If you are new to this CBD product, starting with the lowest dosage is recommended. Then, once you learn your body’s reaction to Arnica and CBD, you can slowly increase the dose. Apply every 4 or 6 hours, no more than 5 times per day.
